Keene State Dining makes the move to TRAY FREE! Why? Because tray free dining:
- Was implemented in the DC in 2 trial weeks last semester with good results.
- Minimizes food waste—You take only the food you can carry.
- Reduces water, detergent and electricity usage—There are fewer trays to wash.
- Improves our local community’s water supply—Less detergents, solid waste and grease go down the drain.
